Vera Choi has been raising two little boys she found abandoned in the forest for 8 years, 4 of which she worked for Mrs. Lee. Upon Mrs Lee's death, her last wish was for Vera to be officially adopted as her and Mr Lee's only child. A month later Lord Daechwita enters her village in search of a wife to look after his kingdom while he is away at war. Not that it is something he wants, as he would prefer do things by himself, and not rely on others to predictably backstab him. He is only following the dreams the celestial gods plague him with every night. He is surprised to meet Vera, for although she looks exactly like the fierce moon spirit in his dreams, she acts nothing like her... or so he thinks. Vera has her own set of secrets... and it may end up saving his kingdom and his heart.
