Asher Sanovski grew up wanting to be an NBA player. After years of hard work, dedication, and just a bit of luck, Asher ended up as a starter for the New York Knicks. But when he gets traded to the Utah Jazz, he's bitter and angry. He doesn't fit in with his new team, new environment, and he especially hates the sports commentator always hanging around the place. As a result, he starts playing horribly. What can he do to get his groove back?

Quinn Keller knows basketball like the back of her hand. Growing up the daughter of esteemed Jazz/Nuggets point guard James Keller, she's always had an in to the game. But after a devastating knee injury kept her from playing in the WNBA, she decided to become a sports announcer. She was loving her job, too, until Asher Sanovski shows up with his bad attitude and starts making her job that much harder. Since avoiding him isn't really in her job description, and they keep being shoved together, Quinn has no choice but to grit her teeth and bear it.

Disclaimer:

Majority of my characters are completely made up and not at all a gauge of real players' or teams' talent. Any real people or teams mentioned or characterized in this book are exaggerated one way or the other for entertainment.

I also see that The Utah Jazz isn't a large franchise, but as I'm a fan of them myself, I had to make them Asher and Quinn's team. ;)

Also, FYI this book takes place BEFORE
Oliver and Avni. You'll get why if you

🌸 So far, so good. Despite everything, Madeline's still standing, still living - though her life has been upended more than once. Moving from America to England wasn't exactly easy but oddly enough, the return was much simpler. With little more than the bare minimum from her parents, and diabetes always complicating things, she had to rely on her brother for real help. Now, as she steps back into Nashville, she wonders how this might realign her path. Somehow, everything feels like it's falling into place. She's exactly where she needs to be - though there's one complication : a boy. Something she didn't planned at all. And maybe he's part of the plan, too. Maybe for the better. 🏒 Hockey has always been one of Jude's greatest loves, ever since he can remember. And to be blunt, he's damn good at it. But don't mistake him for the typical player type you read about in books. He doesn't have girls lining up outside his door, and when there is someone, he treats her right - once, and only once. It's a rule he set for himself. He met his best friend Colin during a hockey game, both rooting for opposite teams. Colin was on the wrong side, of course, but somehow, they became inseparable. Colin has diabetes, so over time, he learned how to help. What he didn't expect was for that knowledge to help him with a girl. A girl more complicated than any genetic disease. But maybe that's a challenge worth taking. ° ° ° Welcome to this new book. Please don't forget to vote, comment and share ❤️

Dear Olive, I hate you. I hate that you were born and that your human and have a face. I hate that you live next door to me and I hate that I can't sleep at night because the thought of you has forever left a vivid image creased in the back of my mind. And most of all, I hate that you hate me. Hate, Everest Since the first grade when Olivia Kingston and her family moved in right across the street from Kyle Everest, he had believed to have instantly hated her. (At least thats how he tells the story) And maybe it was just because of the mere fact of her existence, or maybe it was that time she ate the last fruit snack at lunch, or let's not forget, in fifth grade she stole his partner in crime, being his twin sister Madeline. Now being 17 years old Kyle Everest still holds this unknown resentment against his next door neighbor Olivia Kingston, and torches her in any possible way he can, but what would happen when Olivia finally gets sick of letting Kyle torcher her unexplainably? Everything would change in the matter of one day when Olivia accidentally gets them both locked in the principals office in search of the same thing: The truth. But while staying together in a cramped room with no phones and surviving off nothing but the secret stash of their principal, while the entire schools is off on spring break, secrets will be told and feeling will unravel. And let's not forget, hate letters will be sent. This book may seem light and fun but it has some mature scenes and dark thoughts that I'd suggest for viewers 16+
