Erik spent all his life in solitude, drowning in self hatred and heartache. After Christine left him, the phantom lost everything in the heart and mind.
Truly believing that he was destined to be alone until his last breath, Erik couldn't comprehend how his black and white world suddenly burst with colors like flowers in early spring. Of course it wasn't physically, no, the explosion of color ruptured within his soul.
The beauty of a mysterious young girl took his breath away but nothing compared to her energy, full of secrets and knowledge. An invisible wall of protection prevents Erik from peeling the layers of paint off her. All he wants is to learn about who she really is, underneath the lies she shares and fake persona that is constantly on display. Erik is determined to connect all the dots within her rather odd life of immortality.
The mysterious young girl isn't what he expected when he begins the tricks of seduction, a spell of blind trust. She denies Erik, she cannot slip into a trap again. After all, that same mistake is what created her immortality.
Erik is pushed to his limits, despite being the infamous phantom, the opera ghost that so many feared. This young girl, trapped in a curse - proves herself to be just as threatening, maybe even more dangerous than Erik.
Toxicity, revenge, love - all morphs together with time to soon create an unbreakable bond when the past is no longer a distant memory or believed to be a dream. They crossed paths before.
