(Story)

Up in the clouds, Dream looked out upon the land, watching the world. HIS world. A small smile crept onto his face, as he decided to make it rain, watching just like he had expected, as the small particles came down around him. He turned his head up to it, letting it drench him. He didn't know how the rain came from above the clouds, but he supposed that was just how it worked here. However, what he had NOT expected was to hear a peculiar popping noise. His eyes finally opened after a moment of wonder, and he finally looked down. After a second or two of searching, his eyes landed on a 5'9" man, who was turned away from him, with brunette hair. He saw sunglasses poking out through the mysterious strangers hair, and they wore a blue shirt. How odd... Well, who knew how this would go? Dream himself surely had not even the faintest idea.
