What if instead of Jim being chosen as the hunter it was in fact a young girl, Claire Nunez. And what if Jim wasn't in fact a human. But Jim's life gets even crazier when he's told of a secret underground world of trolls under Arcadia. And that blue glowing stone he found on his counter is the Daylight Stone, the same stone that powers the Amulet of Daylight. It soon becomes a chase to Daylight.
