Their children are their legacy, each with their fathers ability to make people like him to Katnisses skill with weapons. The Capitol is gone, but a new threat is coming. Nova Britannia, which was Britain. They have found out that The Capitol is no longer a threat and they plan on taking over Panem. But Rue, Amaranth, and Alexios aren't letting their home go. They have Panem Today, they will fight for a Panem Tomorrow, and hope for a Panem Forever.
