Magdalena Sokolov only knows two things for certain at any given time: 

1. the only person she can ever fully trust is herself. 

Gifted with a set of abilities due to HYDRA experiments as a child combined with training from the Red Room, Magdalena was cursed with the ability to never let herself be more than arcane. She had to keep her secrets, she had to be mysterious, she had to keep herself closed off. 

Magdalena never thought she'd meet a group of people as strange as they were and would come to call them her family. She never thought they'd be working together to do good for the world, or that she'd find love and happiness with a certain Scarlet Witch. 

The second thing Magdalena knew for certain at any given time?

Y/n is a young teenager who just recently moved to New York from Europe where she lived with friends. She's presumably an orphan, though she never knew for sure as she knows nothing about her family. Due to her intelligence many schools like Midtown-High offered her a spot in a class two years above her age and made a deal with her that she'd get everything that was necessary for going to their school and that she wouldn't need a guardian to sign stuff. In return, the school gets a better reputation by having a highly intelligent student joining it's classes. In NYC, she lives alone in an apartment as she can take care of herself. Also, she is very skilled in any kind of science. Physically, she can do much as well. After her first day at her new school, she wanted to text her new friend but read a 7 as a 1, resulting her to text an unknown number of someone quite famous. -Does she gain their trust and the other way around or is it the opposite? -Is she going to find out about her family? -Why did she choose exactly that school? '-> Was she planning something? Read to find out ;) This story differences from most wrong number stories and takes place in another universe where Pietro is still alive.
