I swear the story is better than the description.
Clove is a sixteen year old girl that makes the long move from England to Los Angeles CA, where she is accepted to the school for the talented: Panem Boarding School.
There, she is met with a shocking culture change, and a brand new group of friends.
Will she soften her normal tough, and sarcastic exterior? Or will she keep building her walls high and wide to avoid getting hurt once more? Her choice seems to be quite clear at first, but a certain blond-haired blue-eyed boy seems to throw a wrench in her plan.

Panem High School {COMPLETED}
Yes, this is so original, isn't it? But, I think mine might be a bit different. Well, as I've been writing my other fanfics (and going to high school myself) I've been thinking of great scenarios that won't work, because the stories aren't present time. So, I decided to be unoriginal for once and write this. Panem High School is a prestigious private school in the Capitol of the country of Panem. It's where all the best, brightest, and richest citizens send their children to school. None of them are as one dimensional as they seem on the surface. This story is written from multiple POVs (at the moment, Katniss, Peeta, Johanna, Cato, Clove, Gale, and Madge), so that's different from all the other "Hunger Games High" stories I've read. There is Clato (just wait for it, it isn't instantly), Gadge, and other ships, so hooray for all of you shippers! Seventy-four years has been long enough. The way of the infamous Hunger Games has been altered. No longer is every Gamemaker out to devise the worst means of torture and death for every tribute. No longer are the people of Panem outwardly tolerant of President Snow's murderous actions. Under the facade of a normal group of Gamemakers, several rebellious citizens have begun an experiment which, if it succeeds, will make use of technology both to rescue the tributes before they are dead and then deposit the brainwashed children back in time. Meanwhile, in the mountainous regions of District 2, Cato Hadley and Clove Kentwell have trained their whole lives for the Games. Nevertheless, their ambitions change when they, without meaning to, find themselves in the Games together. They are both determined to win. But if they don't, what will happen to them? The brainwashed tributes who land in New York City know nothing of who they are or where they are from. They do not remember Panem, or the Games, or even their own names. Everyone knows the story of Katniss, but what about Clove? Told in Clove's POV is her story about her life before the games and the hardships she had to face, only to face the greatest fear of all. Death. DISCLAIMER: This story will follow the book/movie during the games, but this is also one out of the two books about Clove. In my second book I completely re-write the series to fight how I imagine the world of Panem being.
