The bat family has heard of a new hero. One with a silver and blue dragon who has been taking out criminals left and right faster then they ever imagined and so they go out to see who exactly is their secret ally. But as they try to track down the mystery hero a certain hero starts to become intrigued with the mystery's genius way of thinking and hiding so once they finally locate the hero who will the leader do to keep him as an ally forever.

And what happens when this certain mysterious dragon comes home with an abandoned cat boy from France.
