Faeryn's life had never been a walk in the park. Her parents divorced when she was in elementary school and she was forced to move to New York with her father. Her brother and mom stayed behind in Ravenswood, California. 

The death of her father freed her. Not that she hated him, but she hated how she had to move across the country because of how much he hated her mother. She hated how she was never allowed to go back or see her friends and never really fit in in New York.

The second she stepped foot back in Ravenswood, it was like a weight off her shoulders. But everything was about to get a lot more complicated when she met up with her old friends.

She learned that Ravenswood wasn't just any town. It was a hub for the supernatural. Her once boring life was now filled with monsters, murder, and death. The only bright lights were her friendships and the love from a mysterious blonde boy named Jax.
