Nico Di Angelo's life has been on a downward spiral since the death of his sister and the embarrassment of admitting he is gay to his past crush. Right when his summer becomes too much to bear, a ray of sunshine shines through the clouds.

Plus, he's in love with the hopelessly beautiful Percy Jackson. The two would definitely prefer to go their separate ways-except for the fact that they both ended up at the same summer internship fighting for the same position.
