When a strange person meets Amity at the front steps of Hexside, and tells her something she can not believe Amity knows that she must go and figure out who this mysterious person is. With Eda and Luz by her side she goes to discover the identity of this person who claims is from her past. Soon they find that the mystery person has more in common with Amity than she wants to admit.
