And yes, they get to keep their quirks. Also, everyone is using their quirks for good instead of evil, so villains aren't even a thing anymore.

You, the reader, are a 19 year old. Although, you are a shota, so you're often mistaken for a child by pretty much everyone. You're family were killed in a car accident, leaving you as the sole survivor. They left you with everything they possessed, including their money, which left you rich. You have a bit of PTSD from that experience, and blame yourself for what happened. However, a friend of your parents, Ms. Smith shows up.
