Ethan and Grayson Dolan are known for their hilarious YouTube channel with milions of subscribers. They were until they decided to take a break for a while and spend the pandemic at their own place. Thinking that they were healthy and safe, Ethan started to notice that Grayson was acting a little off after secretly going out to a club. Thinking he was on drugs, Ethan discovers something that shocked him for life. He slowly witnessed how his lovely, sweet, caring and sensitive brother turn into a completely different person.

Whilst Ethan tries to manage the mental simulation of his own house. Things become very heated once he realised he was trapped in Quarantine with something that was once his brother.
