Naruto's father finds out he can contact him through the seal. Itachi spares both Izumi and Sasuke, and does not in fact get a chance to Tsukuyomi him. Sakura's father is an abusive ass. A dead one. Naruto and Sasuke are team 7, Sakura does not start out as a ninja.
But, as every cliché dictates, there are enemies in the shadows, and they are not ninja. They are most definitely not the Akatsuki, the Akatsuki is pretty good, actually.
Rated M; There will be sex, but not smut. No erotic things, but no skirting around a fact of life either. There will also be violence, death, blood, etc. Rated M for a good reason.
