Iran Dew is different, with his lean lanky figure and beautiful manly features any one who spotted him would have thought he was a man by birth, but that's why he's different. He went through 10 years of HRT (Hormone Replacement therapy) to become what he was today and he was damn proud of himself.

Things seemed like it was working out for his good, but a call from his brother changed all that. His mother had died from a heart attack and the money he had been saving for his gender change had to be spent for all the charges given by the funeral home.
