It's a usual day I swim around a tank doing tricks people point and laugh.

 I'm bored, the only good thing is I get a good amount of food. Each day for my troubles. 

Each year a platypus from every senator will have to be able to live in the wild for a week and still come back healthy. I have seen family get torn apart because of this.

Each year you hope that you don't get picked. This year I won't to get picked. I haven't been in the wild seems like 12  years. Try living that long by your self in a new place. You wouldn't like it

So back to me telling you what I have to do each day to get put in this draw. You have to be able to do flips, rolls and swim on your back to be able to put your name in.

Be able to be friendly to humans and your own kind. (Which is hard for a platypus who hasn't seen her kind in years.)

What thing sends shivers down your spine? What makes you scream? What keeps you awake at night? Everyone has a fear or phobia that affects them in some way or another. There will be the traditional fears that are well-known and there will be a few that are very rare. This is a book about fears so expect to be scared ***** I have always been afraid of the dark, even as an adult. We are told as children that there is nothing in the dark that can hurt us. Well, I found out the hard way that was a lie. ***** The probability of being killed by a shark is like 1 in 265 million. Why do those odds not make me happy? I never swim in water to where I can't see all around me or go in the ocean. It's out there waiting for me. ***** Did you know that you are more likely to be killed by a cow than by any other large mammal? I tried to tell everyone that there was something strange about cows. But, no one would ever listen to me until it was too late. Now we are are the cattle taken to slaughter and they rule.

This is part 1 of Rocket x Oc part 2 coming soon I used to have a beautiful nice life with both my parents that was until my father had passed away just leaving both me and my mother. My mother and me weren't human my father was but me and my mother were a rare bird called a Phoenix. My mother also decided to name me after my own species so that's that I guess. Then as more time went by My Mother caught a rare Phoenix disease and since there were no other Phoenix's no one could help her and I didn't know what to do since I was only 5 at the time. Then sadly my mother had passed away just leaving me with no family at all. So I then decided to have a new life and a new home far away from here. Although would have to learn all my abilities like teleportation, Shapeshifting, illusion's, Invisibility, Fire bending and most importantly Sand Dancing. Sand Dancing included a type of stone and you would do a specific dance to control the sand. After learning all my abilities along with Sand dancing and flying I finally decided to leave this place. I was now at least 13 years old so let's just say some time has passed. I then decided to teleport to the further parts of the galaxy. In that part a lot of things worked differently so I would have to do things I've never done before. Then there I met a Raccoon and some odd plant guy. Will this Raccoon and this plant guy be friends with Phoenix or will they turn her in for some credits read to fine out.

Book 1 of Dan Barnes Series. I am a single male with a degree in science and engineering. My name is Dan Barns, I was in the army for four years, worked in the private sector for five years with a six figure salary and was bored out of my mine. I grew a great nest egg, but I was not cut out to wear a suit and tie and then attend meetings everyday. I wanted so much more. I am six foot even, and I weigh around 186 on a bad day. My dad was a well traveled man and never stuck around after mom had me. Things were tough, but we made it. I got scholarships for my doctorate in both fields. I graduated as a doctor in six years. Problem that shaped me into the man I am today was, my mom died when I was 16 and I deicide to test out of school, joined the military, spent four years as special operative, and into college as an adult, I tested out of some of the easier classes. I kept the house because it was paid for and was in mine and my mother's name. I kept her truck, because it was also paid for and it helped when I need to remember her. I was twenty seven when I walked across the stage for my diploma and was sought after by some very big companies. I worked for one of these companies for five years and then I was bored. I retired at thirty one. I laid low, putting around my house, helping my neighbors, and helping out at the boys and girls club coaching basketball. For two years, I stayed in my own little piece of the gulf. I did not spend a lot of money, I fixed things, sold electric back to the electric company, and had fun with the teens. With the history now told, we can begin with some of my adventures.

The very person Astrid ran away from is after her, and this time, the consequences will be worse. -- This is an enemies-friends-lovers book and they become friends early on because I find it difficult to write going from enemies to lovers so yeah. *unedited book* #1 in talent show (29/02/24)

And to my luck he was still holding on to me and soon I was under too. We were both above when I started talking. "MATHEW JACKSON!!!! IM GOING TO-" But I was cut of by Matty silencing me. "will this make up for it?" He leaned in and kissed me. Her dad is dead, brother is just like any sibling, mom and kids at school don't like her. She fell in love with her best friend and he fell in love with her. Everything seems to be getting better. But when Matthew might have to move to the other side of the country she isn't sure what will happen. Also hidden things of my life in this story. Chapter one be like : "I Sam Wilson promise not to do anything disrespectful or bad towards Thomas for the rest of my life as a child." So you just saw that idiot? Back before my hair was red before i looked like this. That promise I broke too. Ok listen you wouldn't blame me! I made that promise as a 5 year old once my mom and dad went missing and my older brother had to raise me. Im 14 now and my brother 21. If anything I'm everyones second choice. Also also!
