It's a usual day I swim around a tank doing tricks people point and laugh.

 I'm bored, the only good thing is I get a good amount of food. Each day for my troubles. 

Each year a platypus from every senator will have to be able to live in the wild for a week and still come back healthy. I have seen family get torn apart because of this.

Each year you hope that you don't get picked. This year I won't to get picked. I haven't been in the wild seems like 12  years. Try living that long by your self in a new place. You wouldn't like it

So back to me telling you what I have to do each day to get put in this draw. You have to be able to do flips, rolls and swim on your back to be able to put your name in.

Be able to be friendly to humans and your own kind. (Which is hard for a platypus who hasn't seen her kind in years.)

There is an unexpected turn in the story that drastically changes the course of events and, in the long run, even the lives of those involved. Magpie, the first to be involved, suddenly finds himself in the world so unlike his own. Will he find his place there or will he be at least able to go back home? He seems to find his way back from this new world of giga-dimensions but something unwanted happens, and things go worse. The cultural differences, together with a challenging personality traits of another involved in the events, suck Magpie and his friends into a downward spiral. The story challenges you to see the world differently from the perspective you are perhaps too used to and narrowed by. Life can be an adventure if you don't narrow it with a bigotry that forces you to be rooted in your trenches and behind your dividing walls. This doesn't mean you have to accept others' views without standing your ground. However, to be able to share our lives in this one and only world we need to make compromises, on both sides. Are you the first brave one to set this positive trend in motion? So read on and let the foundation of the story be laid. From the end of episode 1 on, the story really picks up, finally reaching its climax at the end of episode 3 with quite a surprising finish. Your participation in solving this shared challenge of coexistence and cooperation is highly appreciated. Remember those who cooperate make more progress than those who don't! The ideal audience for my first book is actually between 12 and 16, but anybody older and interested in adventures, cultures and in getting more understanding into our multifaceted world is sure to enjoy the story. (The whole story has now been published, the only thing I'll still add is the final epilogue but the story is already available in its entirety.)

The first one I dare say I consider the jewel in my crown of stories is my "OUTERBANKS SEASON 4" Yep! And don't worry, it has nothing to do with the treasure that ultimately led to JJ's death. This treasure for my own season is one I'm creating from scratch, since I'm basing it on historical factors. In and out. In and out. Step by step. Keep moving. This is all I think about. I feel empty since my perfect world crashed and burned. My mom died of cancer when I was twelve. Chapter one be like : "I Sam Wilson promise not to do anything disrespectful or bad towards Thomas for the rest of my life as a child." So you just saw that idiot? Back before my hair was red before i looked like this. That promise I broke too. Ok listen you wouldn't blame me! I made that promise as a 5 year old once my mom and dad went missing and my older brother had to raise me. Im 14 now and my brother 21. If anything I'm everyones second choice. Also also! I AM A GIRL!!! Not a boy! I just have my hair cut short because its better that way. I wrote all this down in my dairy and closed it. "Sam?" My brother walked in. "What?" I replied back. "You know how your therapist suggested going to a special teen camp?" "Yeah." "Well this summer your going to one!" "What?! Camp...? Thomas I'm not 6." "Well you are now!" "Are you going with me at least?" "Yeah! I'm working there! I can't just leave you there." "Oh my goddddd-" I rolled my eyes and put my head back on my pillow. Special camp!? Im not sped! I'm not going! "I already got your stuff packed! We start heading there next week!" Why does he sound exited. I looked him in the eyes and than rolled mine. "Come on Samuel!" "Shut up! I dont care!" I put my headphones back in and ignored his dumb speech of sibling bonding. Seriously? This is why he's still single. Even I have gotten asked out. Hear me out he hasn't had a girlfriend at all! Book 1 of Dan Barnes Series. I am a single male with a degree in science and engineering. My name is Dan Barns, I was in the army for four years, worked in the private sector for five years with a six figure salary and was bored out of my mine. I grew a great nest egg, but I was not cut out to wear a suit and tie and then attend meetings everyday. I wanted so much more. I am six foot even, and I weigh around 186 on a bad day. My hair is brown with natural black streaks, and I have a nice tan. I love the great outdoors. I grew up as a single kid with a single parent who worked all the time. I aced science every time and fixed things for my mother and myself because of a lack of money. I never knew my dad, but once a year, my mother would get a check for my upkeep. My dad was a well traveled man and never stuck around after mom had me. Things were tough, but we made it. I got scholarships for my doctorate in both fields. I graduated as a doctor in six years. Problem that shaped me into the man I am today was, my mom died when I was 16 and I deicide to test out of school, joined the military, spent four years as special operative, and into college as an adult, I tested out of some of the easier classes. I kept the house because it was paid for and was in mine and my mother's name. I kept her truck, because it was also paid for and it helped when I need to remember her. I was twenty seven when I walked across the stage for my diploma and was sought after by some very big companies. I worked for one of these companies for five years and then I was bored. I retired at thirty one. I laid low, putting around my house, helping my neighbors, and helping out at the boys and girls club coaching basketball. For two years, I stayed in my own little piece of the gulf. I did not spend a lot of money, I fixed things, sold electric back to the electric company, and had fun with the teens. With the history now told, we can begin with some of my adventures.

What thing sends shivers down your spine? What makes you scream? What keeps you awake at night? Everyone has a fear or phobia that affects them in some way or another. There will be the traditional fears that are well-known and there will be a few that are very rare. There will be photos that might trigger a fear response so tread carefully when entering each chapter. This is a book about fears so expect to be scared ***** I have always been afraid of the dark, even as an adult. We are told as children that there is nothing in the dark that can hurt us. Well, I found out the hard way that was a lie. ***** The probability of being killed by a shark is like 1 in 265 million. Why do those odds not make me happy? I never swim in water to where I can't see all around me or go in the ocean. It's out there waiting for me. ***** Did you know that you are more likely to be killed by a cow than by any other large mammal? I tried to tell everyone that there was something strange about cows. But, no one would ever listen to me until it was too late. Now we are are the cattle taken to slaughter and they rule.

This is part 1 of Rocket x Oc part 2 coming soon I used to have a beautiful nice life with both my parents that was until my father had passed away just leaving both me and my mother. My mother and me weren't human my father was but me and my mother were a rare bird called a Phoenix. My mother also decided to name me after my own species so that's that I guess. Then as more time went by My Mother caught a rare Phoenix disease and since there were no other Phoenix's no one could help her and I didn't know what to do since I was only 5 at the time. Then sadly my mother had passed away just leaving me with no family at all. So I then decided to have a new life and a new home far away from here. Although would have to learn all my abilities like teleportation, Shapeshifting, illusion's, Invisibility, Fire bending and most importantly Sand Dancing. Sand Dancing included a type of stone and you would do a specific dance to control the sand. After learning all my abilities along with Sand dancing and flying I finally decided to leave this place. I was now at least 13 years old so let's just say some time has passed. I then decided to teleport to the further parts of the galaxy. In that part a lot of things worked differently so I would have to do things I've never done before. Then there I met a Raccoon and some odd plant guy. Will this Raccoon and this plant guy be friends with Phoenix or will they turn her in for some credits read to fine out.

She went through something traumatic at only 14, but no one noticed. She moved to Roseville for a fresh start with her best friend Kaitlyn by her side. But Carter notices. He was a "bad boy" with a heart of gold (ik it's cliché) . He never let anything slip by him. He doesn't say anything as their personalities clash and they hate each other. You know what they say, there is a thin line between love and hate. Will these two step over the line? But sometimes, running away from your problems doesn't go down unnoticed. The very person Astrid ran away from is after her, and this time, the consequences will be worse. -- This is an enemies-friends-lovers book and they become friends early on because I find it difficult to write going from enemies to lovers so yeah. *unedited book* #1 in talent show (29/02/24)
