When Darcy finds a trunk full of old photographs from the 1950s and a journal belonging to someone called H, she seeks help from her grandmother who directs her to H himself. The journal is full of years' worth of entries. A love story between H and L. The only problem is it doesn't add up with the photographs to Darcy. Darcy wants to know his story, not only from the journal but from the cryptic man himself.

Or an AU where a girl finds a diary from when H and L were young in the 1950s.

I had this idea for a while but it was so interesting not knowing what the other person would write instead of writing both sides for myself. In 2018 Harry and Louis have a hard time making things work between them. They fight nonstop and Harry drags them to a couples therapist in one last, desperate effort to save their relationship. Since he's going to the States for a month their new therapist suggests that they will write letters to each other, one each day. Will writing save their relationship?
