Inspired by Fox News' 9-1-1 Lone Star, this story is a continuation of the story of firefighters. You can read this book even if you didn't watch 9-1-1 Lone Star.(I will only be covering one firefighter's story, not the entire 9-1-1 department(dispatchers, police, and fire and rescue, because I want the story in first person POV, and only have one main story instead of twenty overlapping ones.)
Liara Gwenyth Strand has been a firefighter for four years, and the job never gets old. Lia's older brother, TK, is the captain of the 126 Paramedic team, and he is always looking out for Lia. One day, Lia meets with an accident on the job, and her life changes for the better or for worse, and she has her team, her family, and her friends to help her through it.
So T.K. became the new paramadic of the 126, but his place needed to be filled in as well. Captain Strand said that the new team member was on her way to the station, yet she never arrived.
She was in a car accident, not able to remember her name but she did remember everything else. Being alone, no friends, no family and seeing on FireFox her insta how close the people of the 126 were.
Anna always wanted to be a fire fighter and thanks to her phone she was able to find out again that her name was Anna, Anna Harper.
How will the new girl be between Judd, Marjam, Paul, Mateo, T.K., Nancy and both of the captains.
Can Anna handle a bit of Texas?
