To New Beginnings

You could say it all started with a very minor incident. A photograph. Seemingly harmless, innocent and very... well, normal.

Jaxon Finnery, or 'J' as his fans call him, is a renowned singer. After being discovered at a national singing contest, he was scouted by an agent of a well-known label who immediately put together an album for him. His album was a hit and so were his 'unconventional good looks' and 'mysterious aura' that his fans all wanted a piece of. Some have noticed that although he smiles for the camera, his smiles never reach deep down. Most of the pictures people have taken of him consist of a faraway look in his eyes, and pair it with a soulful, heart-wrenching voice, this has earned him quite a number of admirers and followers.

Aislin Kelly, pronounced 'ash-lin', is your not-so ordinary girl. Aside from blending in as a wallflower in her school, she excels at and enjoys being invisible and unnoticed. She whiles time away by etching out landscape outlines and listening to indie music. To strangers, she may come off as aloof and standoffish, but according to a select few, her eyes hold a sadness they could never decipher.

It all started one day when fate decided to play a cruel trick and bring them together. All it took was one photograph, a not so helpful best friend, and a beautiful rainy day.

Hiii!!!! I finally dug up my writer side from the grave. I'm not so sure of how to write anymore, so I'm just experimenting with a new idea I got. It's been so long since I wrote, so this will take a while to build up. Some parts may turn out cliche, but hey, who doesn't like a sprinkle of cliche in every story? I'm not exactly sure how the story will progress, but I have ideas on the important parts. As always, if you see any parts that need improving, don't hesitate to tell me. And you have any cool ideas you want to add into the story, do tell. I hope you guys enjoy this :)
