Daryl and Bella are soulmates, they've known eachother since they were 5, been dating since they were 12, got married when they were 22 and are still going strong at 32. And because Bella spent her teenage years stitching and treating her own wounds, Daryl's, sometimes Merle's too, she decided to become a doctor once she and Daryl ran away at 18, they ran to atlanta, where Daryl became a Mechanic and Bella became a doctor.
