After the last year of hunting down remaining League of Assassins members the untimely death of Oliver Queen brings Lukas back home to Star City to attend his funeral where he embarks on a journey tracking down a crazed animal hunter hellbent on destroying the Spider and his reputation. 

After a year long cold trail, Lukas once again finds himself returning to Central City looking for help from his friends when he discovers they need just as much help from him as he does from them.
