With a New Earth, there comes new things; and with new things come the dreaded changes. But humanity adapts. It must. 

Though the same can't be said for their glorified pets: the SongBirds. They don't like change, and when presented with it, their peaceful demeanour becomes hostile.

If it is successful, then this will change how people travel forever. You decide to be the first person to use it... However, it went horribly wrong. You pass out and wake up in a large neon city filled with strange humanoid creatures that appear to be animals... As if that wasn't bad enough.. You have to figure out where you are, and how to get back home.. but that won't be easy when people find out a new species just arrived in the city. I don't own any of the art used in the story. If they were people then the originally occurring humans would be monsters for killing them and transferring originally occurring brains into their bodies. The originally occurring people are not monsters. Of course not. They just want to live. And to save something you need to kill something.
