Married to Mischief (A LOKI FANFIC)

"Where is that goat?!" Callisto shouted and ran towards Thor.

"Um, who's she?" A goateed man dressed in red and yellow armor pointed at her.

Callisto spotted Loki, taking cover behind his muscular brother.

When Loki saw Callisto, his eyes widened and turned back to the elevator, but Thor grabbed his shoulder and shoved him in front of the group.

Callisto stomped up to Loki, inches from his face, the closest they had been for nearly a year.

"Well," he began, his face struggling to keep his classic charm, "If it isn't my w-"

As recently crowned queen of the Snow Elves, Callisto now finds herself longing for the other half of her meant to share the burden of the throne. However, her husband had turned up missing shortly after his brother's coronation-turned-tragedy. Then, a year later, he turns up on the face of Midgard, a criminal, traitor, and a forgotten husband. Leaving her home behind, defenseless against enemies, Callisto makes it her mission to see to her husband's consequences, secretly wishing that he will repent of his ways and return as the man she once knew him to be.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the nine realms, a once defeated enemy plots revenge upon an unsuspecting Loki, too preoccupied with taking a lecture from his wife and all too unaware of his two biological war-lord brothers.
