Mark Brown aka Nix Melion is a proud New Orleans resident who is a hacker who works for government NIPS (National Institute of Paranormal Studies) task force 13 with a dark secret. He is a monster from human nightmares. 29 years ago, he asked his family if he could experience the human world for himself to truly understand them. They accepted. Seven years ago, a girl named Avery was born and he held her in his arms. He branded her and it turns out, she's a monster like him too underneath the human skin.
He made a promise to recover her when she had gone missing and figure out her story. On his journey, he has to deal with hallucinations, since his powers from his past don't entirely translate into human form. He also has to deal with a tall well-dressed slender creature known as Lionel, who also wants to take Avery into his anarchist family full of monsters and rebellious teenagers.
The monsters are called Azarials, while the teenagers are called Amarynovaitie Azarials. A revolution of the adolescences is happening. All those who have been wronged and mistreated have become the very monsters they fight against. Will Mark Brown join Lionel, fight against him, or be indifferent as the entire world burns all around him?
There is still hope for the rest of the world. This specific group of Azarials can be merciful, but Chelsea the Detective and hacker 245 along with their NIPS task force will fight until the bitter end.
King Arthur may awaken, but whose side will he be on? Merlin and Lionel are connected to each other, but there is a dark one named the Vermillion Lord who commands armies of septillions they may all have to team up to fight against. Is the world doomed? Can they defeat the Vermillion Lord?
PG-13 ongoing. There will be no sex, not even in later chapters. There may be passionate yet clean romance later in the book though. PG-13 for violence and mature themes such as abandonment and kidnapping.
