A school filled with mythical creatures and some unique humans, told they are there for being bad and it's a discipline school. Told that once they start to behave the way they should they will be able to leave.
However what if it's a school for the government to take notes and test on them, where once you are 'free' to leave they kill you instead.
The school run to get to know everything about these creatures so the ones that are humans, the ones who were powerless could get the power themselves creatures have. Will this ever end? Will the students escape the government and thrive or will they forever be test subjects?
