Izuku Midoriya. Quirkless Police Officer. After his interaction with All Might, he gave up on being a hero. He decided his best course of action was to become a police officer.
Ochaco Uraraka was the new holder of One for All. She had caught the eye of All Might with the excellent use of her quirk. She is the current number one hero.
What if their two paths collide?
He will appear, and rip everything away from them. Who is he?
