Far in the future, aliens called mirages are taking over the world. They can teleport and form plasma into shapes. John Becker, a foot soldier in the war against the mirages, is pulled into a big training center where he is trained to fight the aliens, but it goes very wrong when a planning computer is hacked by aliens.

This Forsaken World
