What if instead of Rin getting killed, Kakashi is the who gets killed instead. Everything in this AU will stay the same, with Rin also having the Sanbi sealed in her. The only difference is that Obito, who witnessed Kakashi's death instead of Rin's, still went insane and goes along with Madara's plan. Rin will be the Sharingan User instead of Kakashi and will also be the sensei of Team 7. How will Rin's relationship with Team 7 be like? Will she be the greatest sensei to them or will she end up failing them. How will she deal with the Sanbi that had been sealed into her. And how will she react once she sees that Obito had survived.

Fixing everything
There is no sequel. But I am working on another Madanaru story that should be out by around late winter or early spring possibly earlier or later. Naruto is the only survivor of the war along with Madara. It was two years into the war and Naruto was already at his peak much like Madara but he didn't show it. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent?
