A modern AU slowburn where George Weasley notices the same girl sitting under the same tree with the same mellow expression on her face as the world beats on around her, with raindrops and leaves falling from the branches that surround her body.

He is hesitant at first. Shy and unsure how this world works - unmagical and intimidating - but, when he recognizes her face from a snippet of the Daily Prophet which read, "Families grieve the loss of the fallen fifty" across the front cover, he knew that in some aspects - he and her were the same.
