The Clone wars spread without the galaxy as Separatist force quickly take over planet after planet and pushing back Republic forces in order to win the war ane kick out the Republic as the main government within the galaxy. But what if some Separtist forces made a secret deal with a genius scientist on a unknown Planet to make new kinds of robots to help them against the Republic.

This will be a tale of a Clone squad or Commando's duded "Noble Squad" lead by Y/n as they were sent on a mission to find the Separatist secret allie ane they covered a planet that will be later known as "Mubius". Now these squad of Clone Commandos will team up with a band of Freedom Fighters that have been fighting against thus genius scientists until the Separatist arrival and stop their plans before the Separatist will change the ties of this war.
