Choi Laora is a 22 year old young woman who works as much as an online novel editor, but she is as unlucky as can be.  After losing her parents in a sudden accident, bad luck strikes again when she is suddenly diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor.

 It is there during the night, she climbs on a roof and calls the sky, asking for the end of her suffering.

 But his call does not go unanswered, his words summon a mysterious celestial being named Kim Taehyung, an intermediary between humans and the sky.  He arrives and tells her that he can make her wishes come true, if she is willing to pay the ultimate price.

 She accepts and makes a fateful deal with him: to live the life she dreams of for a hundred days, after the Grim Reaper takes her soul.

 But one thing was not expected, Taehyung slowly begins to develop feelings for her ... complicating the relationship between the human and immortal realms.
