Stella is a girl who's invisible to others, like one of the 'shadow' people in shows or comics. Maybe it's because she lives behind her brother, the famous 'Jake Ry' a football player who's at the top in their school. It wasn't always like that, but the two twins are so different. Stella likes the peace of being under the radar, while Jake likes the spotlight.
Stella also started to develop a talent for writing, and eventually a love for it. For once, she could be the protagonist by living through the main characters in her stories.
Isaiah is a guy with perfectionist parents, expecting him to be perfect in everything. To be the perfect image and reflection of their family. He lived his childhood taking strict lessons in everything. Instruments, a bunch of languages, proper etiquette for business, and more. When he didn't do something right he was looked at with disgust. Once he got to High-School... he cracked. He started to rebel. He didn't finish assignments, skipped classes, dressed ruggedly, and barely ever came back to his house.. crashing on his friends couch or partying with strangers. Throughout all of this, he wrote to escape, keeping a large notebook full of stories and poems. Did I mention the he's a center of attention at the school?
What will happen when these two are assigned a writing project together and become lean-on-friends?
Elliot Jensen and Elliot Fintry have a lot in common. They share the same name, the same house, the same school, oh and they hate each other but, as they will quickly learn, there is a fine line between love and hate.
