[Demon Slayer/Kimetsu no Yaiba | fanfiction | Sanemi x Nezuko] Sighing, the Wind Pillar said, "You know...back then, when I first met you, I almost killed you because you're a demon. I tried to force you to drink my Marechi blood. And when you didn't drink my blood or eat my flesh at all, I was surprised. No demon has ever resisted my blood. But then you started crying-as if you were in pain." His heart seemed to squeeze at that. Remembering her tears. Her pretty pale pink eyes glistening so beautiful with them. Sanemi crossed his arms over his chest as he continued to talk. "Ever since that day, I wanted to apologize to you. I know you and Tanjiro are very close. That all you have is each other after your family was perished by demons." Sanemi got onto his knees with his hands fisted on top of his thighs as he bowed towards the wooden box. "Please, accept my apologies, even though it's been years. I'm so sorry for what I did before." Again, he heard nothing from within the box.
