Atlantis is an idyllic paradise where citizens are meant to live in alignment with nature, and reach their highest potential. With advanced crystal technology, their cities are powered by the psychic emanations of the people, who make mindlight donations to the Crystal Grid. But the experiment has begun to crumble. Atlantis has been invaded by shadows who have infiltrated the Grid. As the people slowly lose sight of their original design, those less fortunate are inhabited by these terrifying parasites who feed off the negative emotions of humans; an epidemic called the madness. The highest levels of government have been infiltrated. As the madness spreads, very few take notice of their gradual loss of free will and connection to one another. Those who can see must consider revolution, or perish with their people forever.

[COMPLETED : 5|09|2016 and slowly editing ] He snapped his fingers and a red flame flourished into existence. "How did you-" "I'm a professional." He smirked, clearly enjoying this. If I got a penny for everytime I rolled my eyes at him, I would probably be a billionaire. In a limousine. With a hot wife. And a hotter girl to cheat on her with. And that too I'm straight. He flexed his palms and the flame disappeared. "With practice, even you can control your Blue Matter." I didn't say anything, just nodded. "This Blue Matter is stronger than Red Matter. It can destroy beings. Be careful with it." "Uh, so I am a DreamMaire?" "No, Sophie, you're the Dream Maker." _______________________ Sophie Hazelwood, sixteen, just makes it in the world with her confident aura and weird humour. All she wants is to be a singer and move over her past, however hard that might be. But she's not completely aware of what she's capable of. Meet Keith, new boy with a hot bod who changes her life in ways that could have never been foreseen. Join her in this journey as she fights off mythical beings, braving through broken trusts and shattered hearts. Highest Ranking #21 in Fantasy - 16/8/16 Hit one kay reads - 30/7/16 Reached two kay reads - 12/9/16 ________________________ Yes, the story will be kind of normal in the beginning but stay tuned for more! :D Also, there will be some usage of foul words, and you've been warned! Kind of a short book with less chapters, perfect for a quick read. Cheers! xoxo Affi ❤️

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

(⚠️SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY) The Earth as it was no longer exists. What remains is a fragmented skybound world-vast floating landmasses suspended over an endless abyss of energy. The oceans have vanished, replaced by an enigmatic force beneath the remnants of civilization, an infinite power source that hums with untold secrets. Cities of gleaming spires and neon-lit corridors cling to these drifting continents, where the remnants of humanity thrive under a futuristic society shaped by science, ambition, and an unspoken fear of the past. Reality is no longer bound by mere chance. Probability itself bends to those who wield the Quantum Matrix, a force derived from the very essence of existence. With it, individuals can reshape their destinies-or bring ruin upon everything around them. Order and chaos exist in delicate balance, held in check by those who seek free will and those who seek freedom.
