Having everybody's life in your hands is exactly what it sounds like. Stressful and mentally damaging. Especially when Suzuki Ito first got her quirk. 

Suzuki had just turned 6 years old and suddenly she had a pair of pretty golden scissors in her hands and seeing different colored strings wrapped around peoples necks, ending right in front of her face. Suzuki was always a curious little girl and obviously something wanted her to cut the strings. So, Suzuki brushed her dark, messy hair out her gunmetal eyes, grabbed a light blue string, and snipped.

The teacher dropped dead.
