Social outcast, Lyric Sager, has never understood why she could never make friends, why she has no family, how she got that peculiar scar on her shoulder, or why she dies in her dark dreams every night by the hand of the same man…until the day he appears in real life to claim her.

Darius Black is the deadliest remaining pure-blood vampire, who just so happens to possess the secret of how to walk in the sun. Tired of his kind having to hide in the shadows, he devises a plan to create a new breed of vampires and have the most powerful coven there ever was so that he may rule the supernatural world, but first he needs the last piece of his puzzle; Lyric.

Lyric is special, but she has no idea just how much. The balance of power in the supernatural world lies in her hands so she must find a way to break free from Darius before it’s too late.
