Troubles of a teenage tyrant

An evil tyrant is met with a choice, proceed in crushing reality, or start from the start; he chooses the latter. There are benefits in taking over the world anew rather than just destroying it, so he set's out to complete that same task only to find the world to be quite different from what he remembered.
