Don't you just love the winter time, the season that brings everybody closer right? Wrong. Carly Jensen was the girl who walked with her head down in the halls, only spoke when spoken to, and went unnoticed. With her two best friends by her side she could make it through her last year of high school calmly with nothing to worry about. Or so she thought...
Logan Cane was always one to keep to himself, he wanted to have the guts to speak to Carly ever since 4th grade, but there's one problem. He can't. Not when his bullies pop up around every corner just waiting for him to do another stupid antic.
So what happens when you throw two socially awkward teens, an obsessive party girl, the high schools worst nightmare and a butt-load of secrets into a season that's supposed to be full of cheer?

Less plain and vanilla. He hates her guts. It's mutual for her as well. But the headmaster has made it Gideon's personal mission to get her back on track and into a better life. She's allowed two screw ups, has to join a sports team, pass all of her classes with at least a C and get some friends before the year is over, or she will be held back. And she's not about to go another year in the hellhole called high school. FORMERLY KNOW AS MY GREEN-EYED JERK. Anxiety disorders accompanied by a heavy load of sacarsm isn't the best combination for a girl like Samantha who is currently trying to escape her past and finish highschool unscathed (if that's even possible). When Sam and Ryder meet due to certain unforeseen circumstances, Sam has a hard time figuring him out(not that she wanted to either, her situation just demanded it).
