Claudia Ayles was like any other child, who worries went as far as what was for dinner and what games she would play with her best friend Cathy that day. That all changed when at age 9 she diagnosed with Asthenia and nursing a severe nerve damage to her left leg from the fall. After losing her best friend she became recluse and was now forced to carry a cane so as not to further cause pain to her leg. With the blow of her betroth publicly breaking off with her, her step-brother incited by her step-mother sends her to live with her uncle to stop further bringing shame to the house of Winchester. All this caused Claudia to close her heart to love and feeling like such a sinner before God. Believing she is never good enough Claudia goes to the her Uncle's house with no expectations of it being a home to her. There she will feel the love she thought she never knew she needed from distance relative. Yet despite all this, her walls only start crumbling when she meets Sebastian Blackmore. Mysterious and with his own share of tragedy, she thought she would see a man empty of all hope. However when she saw him she sees a man standing firm on the foundation of God. Their first encounter was not their best with both hearing rumours about each other. Their path collide often then both would like during his business with her uncle. Despite both struggling to ignore the pull towards each other God seems to have put to motion a series of event meant to draw them closer, Will they finally reach a place of love and let their walls fall down despite the all the unforeseen plans satan has for them.
