Lenorah "Nora" hasn't always had the best of luck in her life. Starting in the foster system at age ten until thirteen, ending up with an alright couple. Passing away when Nora was eighteen, she's been on her own ever since, half wrecking havoc on the streets of New York and ridding it of all the crimes, half hiding away and working at the nearby flower shop.
Eventually, the Avengers catch whiff of her and so has the media, dubbed the name "Black Flame". They can't have a reckless vigilante roaming New York, so they bring her in.
Nora's crazy nature is a bit, well, crazy and definitely brave, but maybe it's just what the Avengers need in order to protect Earth...

For some reason Peter got to stay with Aunt May but Penny was placed with her dad's brother and wife. They abused her for eight years (physically and mentally). When Aunt May dies Tony gets government permission to be Penny's and Peter's legal guardian. The story starts when Penny go to live with Tony. She doesn't know Peter is Spiderman.
