A 20 minutes play that tells the story of a young inner-city boy (Troy) who is in the middle of
finishing his SATs to obtain a financial job as a means to escape out of the Ghetto and protect
his mother from the community's gang violence. Troy's friend (Antuan) who is a part of the
community gang comes to Troy to hide a secret stash for a few days. Troy's widowed mother
(Ms. Joyce) warns Troy about Antuan. She finds the stash and opens it, finding some cash and a
gun. Immediately, she gets rid of it. Troy's mother questions him about Antuan and the gang.
Troy attempts to convince Antuan to go back to school; Antuan receives a phone call and
urgently leaves. Antuan returns beaten for the stash. However, Troy couldn't find it. To protect
his best friend; Troy leaves to bargain with the men who beat Antuan. Ms. Joyce finds
Antuan in the yard. Antuan tells her what happened. What is to happen to Troy? Will it be enough for his mother? What will be THE END GAME.
