A secret entity long since forgetting by All for one and Shigaraki has been left to the hands of time and decay. Or that's what All for one and Sharaki would think. The whole world knows of the villains and their persistent threat to society. But none know of the shadow that hears and watches over all. Now in times of restoration  and uncertainty something agitate deep below that only one individual knows about. What happens when the hopes of the hero society as we know it  can't stop or prepare for what's to come. 

What happens when the circumstances gets so deadly and out of hand that the public begins to inquiry ...are hero's preserving or causing the danger?
