Mature
Cameron Kitch, a 17 year old girl who has been exposed to the harsh eyes of the mutts that roam the halls. She is a hero, painted as a villain. Words travel faster than she can stop them.
Nobody truly sees her, At least, not until Elijah comes along. But.. does she want him to know her flaws to the fullest extent? Does she want to let him in?

Elijah Willis, an 18 year old misunderstood "troublemaker". The encounter he had at his previous school has left him a reputation that precedes him. He meets Cameron and is dead set on getting to know her better. She is the only one who sees him, the only one who comes to find the truth.

"Promise me that you will stay true to yourself." he looked at her with warmth in his eyes.

"I promise" she returned with a small smile.

He bent down to plant a small peck on her forehead and enveloped her in a hug, tight enough so that he could be entirely sure that she was real, that she wasn't going anywhere, that she loved him too.
