From Vigilante to Hero (Vigilante Izuku Fanfic) (Discontinue & being rewritten)
Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.Complete

One late night, after working himself to exhaustion, Izuku is found at his breaking point, feverish and alone, by pro-hero, UA teacher, and future father-figure Eraserhead. Will the world be able to look beyond the lack of a quirk and see this boy as a hero? With the help of his new friends in Class-1A and All for One at large, Izuku's quirklessness might be exactly what they need to fix everything. . . . . Izuku Midoriya became a closed off individual after the tragic death of a close relative. He had bad anxiety, barely being able to speak without shaking, but before all of this he was an outgoing kid who made a lot of friends in his neighborhood. At the start of his freshman year of high school he moved back to that neighborhood to go to U.A. What happens when he finds all of his old friends, can they learn to love the boy he's become? Or can they help him improve and become the man he wants to be. (No quirks, takes place in Japan but I use the American school year schedule and selection of extra sports to play) (Formally "old friends")
What Happens in the Pit
BakuDeku - Midoriya Izuku found himself quirkless and quickly at the non-existent mercy of his classmates as he entered middle school. Every day he survived, he was beating the odds, even as the bruises teased at his nerves through his skin, taunting him long after his tormentors' fists had last made physical contact. When he found the fighting ring, he expected to just become a living punching bag, really. He didn't expect people to look past his quirklessness and take him under their wing, essentially training their own competition. He didn't expect to get good at it, and he didn't expect to be noticed when he did. When Izuku and Katsuki got accepted into UA, the class cheered for Katsuki and jeered at Izuku for daring to pretend to be in the same league as someone like Katsuki, even when Izuku only managed to make it into general studies. So, Katsuki went to UA, and Izuku quietly said, "thanks for the opportunity, but no thanks," and switched to an advanced online schooling option. It was just the rule of the world, and rules were rules. Some things couldn't be helped. Besides... He had a feeling UA would ask too many questions about the constant bruising blooming so beautifully across his face that Aldera staff had so pointedly ignored. And even if UA didn't ask questions about the bruises and abrasions on his face, they definitely would about the ones across his busted knuckles. In the Pit, Midoriya Izuku didn't exist. In the Pit, he was Viper. In the Pit, Viper was a quirkless fighter who still faced prejudice and bias, but everyone fought quirkless in the Pit, so at least it was a level playing field. In the real world, Midoriya Izuku put on a smile and explained his bruises away on him being quirkless and finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. In the Pit, Viper fought back viciously quick and calculating, earning every bruise and giving back just as many. And sometimes he even won.Complete
