When Aubrey is caught up in her past, the people around her begin to feel the affects of her actions too. Meanwhile Corey is off visiting his mother and hew new family, but while he's down there he soon begins to realize things about his self that he never took the time to discover. These new findings will either make or break him, but things will never be the same afterwards. Then there's Sevyn. She's busy preparing herself to take a huge step in her relationship with Jackson. A step that scares her, intrigues her and confuses her all at the same time. This summer, will be one to remember.

"Every step you take away from me only drives you closer to the brink of my madness. You belong to me, Winter. Any alternative reality or illusion you hope for- I will destroy them until your very existence is entwined with mine." -𝐈𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐞 Eighteen-year-old Winter has always been a quiet shadow, a shy spy avoiding the perils of the spotlight. But when she's tasked with stalking five powerful Heirs, her carefully crafted invisibility shatters. Her mission is clear: erase their scandals, track their every move, and never draw attention. Yet, when she crosses paths with Ivan Arcane-the ruthless heir to one of the world's most powerful empires-everything changes. At first, Ivan saw her as dull and dependent, an insignificant watcher in the crowd. A beautiful doll to be kept locked and safe somewhere- an innocence belonging nowhere near him or his world. But when she makes one fatal mistake, he uncovers the sharp, wild mind she's concealed beneath fragile masks of pink and purples. Now, Ivan is obsessed, determined to dismantle her defenses and claim her as his own. And In a world where power rules, Winter is no longer the Hunter in the game -she's Ivan's fixation, a prey to a predator and he'll stop at nothing to change the very narrative of the fairy tale so the villain gets the girl in the end. • 4-Year Age Gap • Dual POV • Morally Grey Billionaire x sunshine Spy Reviews: Book so good made me question my past life and past choices of books -thesaphireeyez I am blown away. "You should care, Dylan. You would still be living in the back of a car, stealing from Seven Eleven! Is that what you want?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The "Four Musketeers." That's what they called them. If they weren't all together they were two on two. And they give zero fucks about life. The Adopted one The Bad boy The Player The Best friend Dylan is like most troubled girls. She doesn't care about her grades, she skips school, hangs with the wrong crowds, and hates her parents. But of course there's a reason for all of this. Dylan is adopted. Dylan has always struggled with being adopted and she tends to fight everything in life. Many bad memories cause her to be the way she is. She desperately wants to forget her past, including some bad things she experienced, but the memories stay stuck in her mind. Dylan has three best friends who help her get by. The only three people she 100% trust and doesn't like to. They all have their own problems and lies they tell, but they help each other through it all. Especially her boyfriend Vince, who would do absolutely anything for her. He would die a thousand times over before anyone hurt Dylan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Dylan's not just my whole life, she makes my life whole. Some days she's the only reason I get out of bed. Without her in my life there is no point in living. She's like the air I breathe. Without her I can't live. She's my best friend and I will love her to the day I die." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This summer Dylan gets the opportunity to do what every guidance counselor has claimed she's always wanted to do . . . split up her family. Will she realize splitting up her family won't help anything? Or will she just not care? After all she was abandoned once. "𝐨𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐡 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐢𝐥" ────୨ৎ──── Soraya has always been a firecracker-whether she has real anger issues or just a short fuse is anyone's guess. Her mother and sister, however, didn't wait to find out, shipping her off to boarding school to "fix her attitude." Now, back home for the summer, Soraya discovers a bombshell: her mother is defending her own best friend in a murky tax fraud case that could ruin their family's reputation. As tensions rise at home, Soraya's summer takes another unexpected turn when she's forced to deal with two boys who couldn't be more different-or more troublesome. Nehemiah, hotheaded and insufferably like her, sparks constant clashes that she can't seem to avoid. Then there's Alexander, calm and kind, whose presence feels like a lifeline in the chaos. But as secrets about her mother's case come to light and hidden agendas threaten to unravel everything, Soraya realizes this summer might not just be a battle of personalities-it could expose truths that will change her family forever.
