Two hundred years after ACOSF. A new generation of heirs have been born. Of Night. Of Winter and of Spring. 

Nyx Artemis is the heir to the night court, the eldest child of Rhysand and Feyre, and their only son. He had been told all his life not to trust the Spring Court, nor its beautiful daughter. That she was a monster born without a heart.

Verna Tansmia is the only heiress to the spring court, the only child of Tamlin. She has been told that the Night court were killers that killed her birth mother. She had been trained since birth to take down the Night Court.

At the Great Rite, she meets the owner of these eyes, Nyx, the heir of the Night Court, son of her dad's greatest rivals, and the ones she had been told about. She had been taught to never trust any fae from the Night Court, but she is drawn to Nyx. She can't stay away from him, and he can't stay away from her. He teaches her the truth of what actually happened during the war, and she realises that her dad's stories have all been lies. She realises the family she had grown up with, isn't all that it seemed to be.

Her world changed, though when during a normal sneaky night she met him - Nyx Archeron. The winged male shook her heart and made her doubt of all horrible things about the Night Court she has always believed. Disclaimer: I do now own many of the character in the story.
