Izuku was being bullied like usual until katsuki goes a step too far and says "hey Deku, wanna know how to get a quirk?" izuku was full of desperation and joy . but the next thing his "best friend" says absolutely crushed izuku's heart.  "what you do is hope that you will get a quirk in your next life and take a swan dive off of the school roof." Izuku did just that and well. when katsuki heard the news he was crying. YES kattchan crying. Katsuki did not know what this emotion was as he never felt sadness before, this was the first time he has ever cared for izuku, the first time he has ever felt sad, the first time he has ever cried for someone. Angry and feared but when his old friend goes missing, he blamed himself. He cut off most of his friends to focus on being the top hero to make up for what he did. When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!! This book does include suicidal thoughts, cutting, depression, gore, and suicide. I would not recommend if that stuff bothers you. If you do struggle with this stuff.
