Princess Sophie of the Ruewen kingdom is betrothed to Prince Fitz of the Vacker kingdom in an effort to establish lasting peace. Sophie has always liked Fitz, but when she arrives in the Vacker kingdom, she finds that a certain guard is catching her eye. It doesn't help when that certain guard is personally assigned to her. Who is this knight, and why does he occupy Sophie's thoughts?
This is a kotlc royalty au. Not much strays from the origional story except for the obvious things. Hope you enjoy!
