Kazuya Karasaki was a well-known volleyball player from Karasuno where he was the Ace that brought the team to nationals. But unfortunately, before the big match, Kazuya had an accident and caused his left leg a sever injury that needed surgery. He left for the States to get his said surgery.

Now back from the States, Kazuya returns to Karasuno to see his teammates again.

But is it the teammates he wanted to see or could it be a certain manager?
